Chilli Peppers serves a wide range of cuisines including all of your Outer Banks Seafood favorites. Entrees range from innovative sandwiches and burgers to pastas and more. The feature an innovative and creative menu sure to please everyone in your group. Additionally, they offer a full steamer bar which provides a range of seafood options from steamed shrimp to oysters and crablegs. They offer a full service lunch and dinner daily and feature late night steamed munchies, if you are out late.
Chilli Peppers has won National Awards for several of their sauces, including “Best in Show” at the Albuquerque, New Mexico Fiery Foods Show for their BBQ Sauce. Chilli’s has also entered the catering business offering everything from on-site catering to personal chefs.
Chilli Peppers Coastal Grill was launched in 1993 by Jim Douglas, and is a staple of the Outer Banks Restaurant scene. Jim has always been known as the creative type, launching the famed “OBX” logo and insignia. He has extended that creativity into his restaurant as well.
If you are on the Outer Banks in the off-season, Chilli Peppers Tapas night has become a local favorite. They feature a different cuisine every Thursday night throughout the off-season. Favorites include Cajun, Thai, South American, French, and even Soul Food. These small plate specials allow you to sample many dishes. Folks are even known to share bites so that everyone gets a sample.
