Owner, Paul Henriques, has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, which include engineering and building design. His experience includes everything from custom home design to large scale commercial construction projects. Premiere Contracting Inc. has become known throughout the industry for quality construction and timely completion. We provide comprehensive design, construction management and general contracting services throughout the Outer Banks and Northeastern North Carolina.

Paul Henriques extensive experience in all phases of the construction industry from laborer to contractor gives him the hands-on knowledge to get the job done. Paul started working in construction when he was 15 years old and has been in construction since. His education includes associate degrees in Applied Science and Construction Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineer emphasis.
